Recycling Week
23-27th July 2007

Collection of old newspaper & recycled paper
• Concourse next to the piano
• Canteen next to the recycling bins
• Near the scrabble board
• Near T11 and the staff room where the tables and chairs are located
• Near the gym alley

Inter-house poster-designing competition
Each house will design a poster that best symbolises them using only old or recycled materials. House points will be rewarded. Remember to sign up at your respective house notice boards if you are interested.

Inter-CT Green Quiz
Each CT will have to send 3 representatives to take part in a 3-v-3 quiz featuring questions regarding Singapore’s efforts in environmental conservation and recycling. The top 4 CTs will earn house points and the winner will be crowned "Greenest" CT in VJC.

Dates: Tuesday to Thursday
Time: 3-5pm
For JC2s students, the league stage will be held on Tuesday.
For JC1s students, the league stage will be held on Wednesday.
For the semi-finals and final, which involves the top 4 CTs in the league stage for both JC1 and JC2 and all the IP classes, it will be held on Thursday.

Who's interested in taking part in the quiz?
Tell Koh Renjie by whenever.
And remember to bring any newspapers or used papers for recycling from Monday to Friday!
